Whether it’s food, waste disposal, packaging materials, fair trade products or cleaning agents, we pay attention to sustainability in all areas.

Our goals

The aim in the gastronomy sector is to significantly reduce CO2 emissions until 2024.

  • Reduce CO2 emissions by at least 12% to 1,150 tons by 2024
  • Steadily increasing the range of non-animal dishes and products on offer
  • We implement projects to reduce food waste.
  • Exclusively reusable solutions: For dishes, guests can take their food away in Tiffin Loop stainless steel containers. We charge a fee for disposable bagasse packaging.
  • We are planning to make even greater selective use of regional foods.
  • We are also working with our customers in event management to achieve our goal of being climate-neutral by the end of 2024.
