Our own PACE intranet answers (almost) all questions about our company. It provides information on internal news, Axel Springer news, links and templates through to an overview of all our benefits and information from the works council and is constantly being expanded.
For optimal digital communication, we use Microsoft Teams for chats, meetings, teams and notes. For desktop or mobile devices, it offers a comprehensive portfolio for exchanging information, meeting and organising. It goes without saying that we have a dedicated team for all PACE to reach all employees, regardless of the language.
Our aim is to integrate the expectations of our employees into the working environment and to maintain and increase employee satisfaction.
Aus diesem Grund werden seit September 2021 regelmäßig Beschäftigtenbefragungen im Rahmen von Peakon-Mitarbeiterbefragungen durchgeführt. Die Befragungen umfassen drei Segmente: Engagement der Beschäftigten, Gesundheit & Wohlbefinden, Diversität & Inklusion.
Durch die Befragung wird uns eine sehr hohe Begeisterung und Einsatzbereitschaft für die Arbeit und unser Unternehmen gezeigt. Die geringe Fluktuation und die hohe Betriebszugehörigkeit (durchschnittlich 12 Jahre) spiegeln auch die Zufriedenheit unserer Beschäftigten wider.

With the fitness pass, PACE honours employees’ commitment to sport in their free time with a bonus of up to €200 gross per year.
We encourage our employees to eat healthily. We also encourage our employees to enjoy a varied and healthy range of vegetarian and vegan dishes in particular.

When it comes to further training and the development dialogue process, we at PACE use reflact.
reflact is an online-supported application that supports all Axel Springer employees in the process of further training and development dialogue.
The further development of each individual is his/her own responsibility. Actively advising and supporting superiors, diverse feedback from different perspectives as well as regularly and practically defined measures provide the best possible support.
